    • Sensations It has a bright straw yellow colour, with a fine and delicate perlage. On the nose it recalls notes of rennet apple and white peach. On the palate it is fresh and fragrant with a particularly fruity aromatic return.
    • Vinification The whole grapes are placed into the pneumatic press and the must obtained from gentle pressing, after an initial racking, is transferred into temperature-controlled tanks where it remains until used for sparkling wine production. The must, with selected yeasts from Villa Sandi, is placed in temperature-controlled vessels where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. In this way all the aromas of the harvest are enhanced. Once the desired alcohol and sugar levels are reached, fermentation is stopped through cooling and, after a short resting period, the sparkling wine is ready for bottling.

Here, on morainic soils rich in limestone and marl, a Prosecco takes shape that tells its territory in every detail. The selective harvest gives life to a Millesimato that expresses precision and identity, the result of careful vinification in autoclave at controlled temperature, designed to preserve the aromatic integrity of the grapes. In the glass it stands out for its fine and persistent perlage, accompanying clean aromas of fresh apple, citrus fruits and delicate white flowers, with a fragrant and inviting texture.
