Altemasi Brut Millesimato Trento DOC Metodo Classico by Cavit is much more than a bubbly: it is the elegant glass of wine that lights up the evening. From only Chardonnay grapes, rigorously hand-picked, Cavit draws a successful and expressive sparkling wine. Straw yellow in colour, with hints of greenish veins, it fills the glass with a very fine perlage and persistent foam. The bouquet is intense and complex, with fruity notes. On the palate it reveals a mineral character. Altemasi Brut Millesimato Trento DOC Metodo Classico by Cavit is savoury, pleasantly fresh, well structured and balanced.
