Trentino

Trentino is the southern province of the Trentino Alto-Adige region, in northern Italy. Here red wines are mainly produced, like Teroldego and Marzemino, but not only: the land of the Dolomites is particularly suited to the production of excellent sparkling wines Classic Method, which fall under the denomination Trento DOC. These excellent sparkling wines, vinified in white or rosé, are re-fermented for at least 15 months to create a Brut sparkling wine, 24 months for the Millesimato and 36 months for the Riserva version, the latter only for white Trento DOC sparkling wines.
