RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS POLICY

CANCELLATION RIGHTS - Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013)

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and return goods purchased under a distance contract, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, that is, within 14 days from the moment you took possession of the goods.

Once your request has been received, we will arrange the collection of the goods directly via our courier.
In the countries where this service is available, returns can only be carried out through home collection by a courier appointed by us: it is therefore not possible to drop off the parcel at a collection point, branch or depot of the courier.

The return service is free of charge for the customer: all costs are fully borne by the seller.

The refund will be processed approximately within 14 working days from the collection of the goods.
