Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Millessimato. In practice, this is the jewel in the crown of Bellussi Spumanti's production in Valdobbiadene. A simple but not banal sparkling wine, excellent as an aperitif but also perfect as an accompaniment to lunch or dinner with friends. Produced from pure Glera grapes, the base wine comes from a white vinification process. A super delicate process that starts with a soft pressing of the grapes and a maximum yield of 70%. After the first alcoholic fermentation, the wine is placed in autoclaves for the sparkling phase using the long Charmat method. The result is a quality sparkling wine, characterised by a pale straw-yellow colour and an abundant effervescence. The nose reveals fresh and fine aromas, with clear hints of citrus fruits and white flowers. In the mouth, on the other hand, thanks to a contained dosage, it reveals itself to be pleasantly dry and well balanced. At the table it calls loudly for a pairing with fish dishes.
