The pure essence of Mionetto can be grasped from the very first sip of this Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, a harmonious and fascinating sparkling wine created for those who love to delight their senses. Precious and elegant, it comes from the processing of carefully selected grapes, first subjected to a soft pressing, to extract only the flower of the must, and to a white fermentation in steel tanks, and then to a sparkling phase in autoclaves, according to the Charmat method. The result is a super pleasant bubbly, characterised by a beautiful straw-yellow colour, accompanied by slight greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit, honey and acacia flowers. Then aromas of golden apple and pear, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. A sparkling wine characterised by great versatility, thanks to the perfect balance between acidity, savouriness and moderate residual sugar content. It is appreciated as a refined aperitif and with fish and vegetable starters. It is also excellent paired with Mediterranean dishes, with asparagus and Treviso radicchio, marinated fish and raw seafood.

Mionetto was founded in 1887 by the love and passion for the land and for working in the cellar of the family's founder, Francesco Mionetto. The company is located on the hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the historical Prosecco production area, immersed in a unique landscape, recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here Mionetto has been able, over more than a century of history, to interpret its territory of origin and become one of the most representative Italian sparkling wine producers on the international scene. Well-known and appreciated in Italy, over the years Mionetto has also established itself as an international brand thanks to its modern and innovative imprint. Constant attention to quality, at every stage of the production process. This, combined with continuous innovation and unmistakable style, are the strengths of the fine house from Veneto. Since 2008, the winery has been part of the Henkell-Freixenet Group, one of the world's largest producers of sparkling wines.
