Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

Prosecco Superiore DOCG, in its most traditional version, i.e. Extra Dry, with a pleasant residual sugar that makes it easy to drink and particularly versatile, this "Sculture" from Bellussi Spumanti is made from a pure processing of Glera grapes. The raw material is processed with great skill so as not to alter the delicate aromatic framework of the starting grapes. White vinification, with soft pressing to extract only the best part of the juice, after the first alcoholic fermentation, the wine is placed in autoclaves for the sparkling phase according to the long fermentation Charmat method. The result is what Bellussi calls the ultimate expression of Prosecco DOCG, where the harmonious and elegant structure is accompanied by a delicate bouquet. The marked freshness and fragrance of this wine, combined with a fine and persistent perlage, make it ideal for any occasion.
