"Testabalorda" Grignolino d'Asti DOC 2022

The name says it all. Testa Balorda, the Grignolino proposed here by Cantina Aresca, is reminiscent of the expressions used by grandmothers who gently call their grandchildren, busy doing who knows what mischief (just to stay on the subject of old-fashioned words). And who knows. Maybe even our heads will be a little "groggy" after drinking a bottle of this pleasant wine. Because this is what Grignolino is like, a noble native Piedmontese grape that produces wines of extreme finesse, elegance and lightness. Wines that can easily deceive, inviting us to drink one glass too many. Fresh and light, in the glass it has an incredible soft pink colour. To the nose the scents are very fine and directly recall those of rose and sweet spices. The same pleasant sensations are then found in the mouth, where it also reveals a great balance between all its components.
