The result of traditional processing of grapes harvested at full maturity. During vinification, frequent daily racking occurs to extract all the colour, aromas and tannins from the skins. Then we proceed with a slow maturation phase in Slavonian oak barrels before bottling and the final resting phase in the bottle. The result is a wine characterized by an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals a pleasantly fruity wine reminiscent of strawberries and small berries. In the mouth, finally, it plays on the edge of a balance between acidity and softness. It is the easy wine to pair that requires no special preparation. Excellent with meat, this is the bottle to open when the embers under the grill are crackling and the steak is sizzling happily.

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks, long maturation and refinement in wood are the ingredients of a style that perfectly combines tradition and modernity.
