  • Venere is a Dolcetto di Ovada DOC proposed by Aresca. Fruity red wine, with a pleasant persistent aftertaste. In the mouth it is soft and balanced with fragrant and fruity notes. It is the perfect everyday red wine for the whole meal. It is made from 100% Dolcetto grapes, from vineyards located on the hills of Monferrato. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the cellar to begin the delicate transformation phase. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins for about a week and subsequent ageing in steel tanks for at least 6 months. The result is a wine characterised by a beautiful ruby red colour, perfect for the whole meal but above all ideal for lovers of Piedmontese regional cuisine in combination with mixed boiled meats.

The history of this winery began thanks to the commitment and work of two brothers, Luigi and Piero, who were able to transform their passion into a family business that has been producing excellent local wines for three generations now.
