The word Satén, a pure object of imagination from Franciacorta, evokes soft, velvety sensations. It is an elegant sparkling wine, Blanc de blancs, that is produced only with white grapes (Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, in Franciacorta) with a particular technique thanks to which the sparkling of the wine is less than the one with the classic method, with a small and caressing bubble.
