Rhino represents the workhorse of the young Franciacorta company Ca' de Pazzi. In this perlage, it expresses all the philosophy of the company that looks with an innovative eye to tradition. And so, this is the result from a classic method of great freshness and strong character. 18 months of ageing on the lees that allow a ready-to-drink that conquers. With a fine and persistent bubble, Rhino opens on the nose with aromas of yeast, bread and small pastries, even touching notes of honey. In the mouth, it is lively and impactful with a very persistent finish.
