Grapes processed when they are riper and therefore able to highlight the terroir of origin. Harvested by hand, as per Franciacorta tradition, 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. Vinification in wood and long stay on the lees. Everything is done to create a superior quality wine. The result is worth the effort. In the glass, it has a beautiful intense yellow color with a dense perlage that rises from the bottom of the glass to the surface. On the nose it has persuasive and delicate aromas that soon develop into more intense notes of tropical fruit and honey. On the palate it is pleasantly dry and creamy. Maria Luisa Santus and Gianfranco Pagano, both agronomists, in 1995 decided to devote themselves entirely to viticulture in Franciacorta.
