"Doro Nature" Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato Brut

Delicate, elegant, dry and fruity. In other words, a sparkling wine of beautiful vivacity, perfect for moments of celebration. We are talking about "Doro Nature", Prosecco Superiore DOCG proposed by Le Vigne di Alice. A Prosecco, with the typical pleasantness of this wine, but proposed without added sugar dosage. So dry, definitely dry, and perfect to be brought to the table and paired with pleasure with dishes of various kinds. Fish, obviously, but also meat. As long as it is not too tasty and therefore does not overly cover the delicate notes of fruit and flowers of this sparkling wine. Fermented in stainless steel with only indigenous yeasts, this sparkling wine remains on its fine lees for at least 90 days. Following this, the sparkling process is carried out in an autoclave, using the Charmat method, and is activated only through the addition of must and without the use of other sugars. Doro Nature is characterised by a fragrant, clear and dry aromatic profile. In the mouth it is delicate, fresh and fruity. But also juicy and full-bodied. A must try, perhaps with a fantastic dish of trofie with pesto to accompany it.
