Champagne Blanc de Blancs "Grand Bouquet" Grand Cru

Another interesting Champagne Blanc de Blancs, in this case the Réserve Brut Grand Cru from Vazart-Coquart. A Champagne of great elegance, refinement and balance, it is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes from vineyards located in Chouilly, in organic conversion. To the eye, this Blanc de Blancs Réserve Brut has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose immediately reveals citrus and floral aromas, with mineral notes and an elegant presence of grapefruit and acacia flowers. In the mouth, the taste is full, lively and with good freshness, characterised by a balanced creaminess. The nice natural acidity perfectly balances the remarkable complexity. The finish is long and persistent and leaves a pleasant memory on the palate. The Blanc de Blancs Réserve Brut Grand Cru is perfect as an aperitif, but also accompanies fish hors d'oeuvres well. To appreciate it at its best, it should be served at a temperature of around 8-10°C.
