  • Sensations Delicate and floral aromas of acacia, peach, apricot, lemon and herbaceous hints. On the palate it is soft and elegant, balanced, creamy, savoury and with a marked acidity and minerality.
  • Vinification After cold maceration, fermentation of the must takes place at a controlled temperature for 10 days. The wine is then left to rest for 8 months in stainless steel containers and is subsequently refined in the bottle for 1 month.

  • In the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli hills, Ribolla Gialla "Locatelli" DOC from Angoris manifests itself as an authentic expression of the art of winemaking. Its straw colour, as bright as the sun's rays dancing among the vine leaves, introduces a unique sensory experience. On the nose, it opens with an aromatic bouquet of white flowers and citrus fruits, revealing the freshness of the terroir. The first sip is a journey through the fruity vivacity of peach and apple, supported by a subtle note of almond. The minerality of the terroir makes itself felt with elegance, giving the wine a balanced structure. Ribolla Gialla 'Locatelli' is more than a wine, it is a tale of tradition and innovation that unfolds in a lingering finish, rich in citrus nuances and hints of aromatic herbs.

    Tenuta di Angoris has been located in the municipality of Cormons since 1648, the year in which the Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand III of Habsburg thanked Locatello Locatelli for his service in the 30 Years' War by donating 300 fields in the area known as 'Langoris'. Today, it is Marta Locatelli who runs the family business, thanks to the collaboration of oenologist Alessandro Bologna, who is in turn assisted by a dynamic and cohesive staff. The Tenuta's 75 hectares of vineyards are located in the most suitable areas for regional viticulture (DOC Friuli Isonzo - DOC Friuli Colli Orientali - DOC Collio). The Angoris Estate started a long time ago on a path aimed at respecting the environment and natural resources. Since 2017, in fact, they have been able to boast S.Q.N.P.I. recognition - Sistema di Qualità Nazionale Produzione Integrata (National Quality System for Integrated Production) - an agri-food production system that uses all means of production and defence of agricultural production from adversities, aimed at minimising the use of synthetic chemical substances and rationalising fertilisation, in compliance with ecological principles.
