Sharis Bianco Delle Venezie IGT 2022

Sharis, from the Venezie (or rather from the heart of Friuli) to the world. This interesting white wine, in fact, is the result of an unusual blend of Ribolla Gialla, the flagship wine of the region, and Chardonnay, the international grape par excellence. A marriage that is not so common but decidedly successful. From a technical point of view, in fact, the combination of these grape varieties gives the finished wine balance and complexity. The Chardonnay gives elegance and richness. The Ribolla Gialla, for its part, brings freshness and vivacity. Bright yellow in colour with golden highlights, Sharis immediately reveals an intense and captivating bouquet. Elegant notes of white and yellow flowers combine with fresh hints of fruit. From lime to Golden apple. On the finish, a pleasant note of custard makes the whole even more interesting. In the mouth it is lively, balanced and enveloping, with balsamic hints on the finish and a good persistence at the end. Once again, this is an excellent aperitif wine, but also suitable for interesting pairings. Excellent with asparagus and vegetable soups, it also goes well with fish dishes.
