"Tre Lune" Ribolla Gialla Brut 2022

Tired of the usual (good) Prosecco? If the answer is yes, and you don't want to give up on the pleasure of a fresh and fun bubbly, this could be the right bottle. Tre Lune, in fact, is a pure Ribolla Gialla, one of the symbols of Friulian oenology, sparkling and proposed in Brut version, therefore dry but not excessively so. The process begins with a manual harvest of the grapes that have reached the perfect degree of ripeness. Super soft pressing to preserve the primary aromas to the maximum and a second fermentation in autoclave that extends for about three months. This gives the wine that extra bit of complexity and makes it really enjoyable and versatile. Straw yellow in colour, it has a distinctly citrusy and fresh aroma. A fabulous glass to propose as an aperitif but that is able to accompany quietly also fish dishes, even savoury ones.
