Krasno Rebula Gori?ka Brda 2021

For many Italian fans, Ribolla Gialla is inextricably linked to Friuli and its fragrant whites. What perhaps not everyone knows is that even across the border in Slovenia, Ribolla, or Rebula as it is called, is a decidedly interesting specialty. A good example is this label proposed by Klet Brda. An elegant Ribolla Gialla with a nice structure and the typical mineral notes given by the terroir of origin. In the glass, it is a beautiful deep yellow color with golden reflections. The nose has sharp, clean scents reminiscent of Mediterranean citrus and cedar, with a delicate hint of vanilla and bread crust to add intrigue. Finally, in the mouth, it proves to be an extremely elegant, fresh and harmonious wine. Pleasantly long, it is a Ribolla gialla perfect for satisfyingly accompanying both aperitifs among friends and simple but tasty dishes. Perfect with a nice niçoise salad, it can also enhance fish and shellfish dishes.
