Here, the historic Zonin family passionately cultivates Ribolla Gialla grapes, which give life to this wine with its unmistakable personality. This area, which has always been a meeting point for different cultures, offers an extraordinary diversity of microclimates and soils, ideal for the cultivation of native and international grape varieties. Ribolla Gialla, in particular, finds its ideal terroir in this corner of Friuli, where it expresses its unique characteristics to the fullest. In the Ca'Bolani vineyards, this native variety produces prized fruits that give rise to fresh and fragrant wines. In the cellar, the grapes are processed with great care to preserve their freshness and aromas. After soft and delicate pressing, the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This vinification method enhances the fruity and floral notes typical of the grape variety.
