Three generations of work in the DOC Cirò area, a deep knowledge of the territory and decades of collaboration with the best local winegrowers. All this, combined with careful vinification separated by sub-zones, has led to the creation of this interesting rosé by Librandi. Segno, Cirò Rosato DOC comes from a super accurate vinification of pure Gaglioppo grapes. A wine of great freshness and versatility produced in temperature-controlled steel tanks, through the "salasso" technique and with a brief maceration of the skins. At the end of the transformation, the wine continues with its refinement in steel, followed by a period in the bottle before release. Good right from the start, thanks to its natural freshness and the great pleasantness of the fruit, this rosé can also evolve in our cellar for two or three years, waiting to be enjoyed at a lunch or dinner with fish or white meat. Also excellent with pizza.
