Cirò Bianco DOC "Segno Librandi" 2021

DOC proposed here by the prestigious Librandi winery, is the fruit of a long process of development in the Calabrian DOC area, and decades of close collaboration with the best local wine growers. All this has led to a careful selection of the most suitable areas and to the creation of true sub-zones that are harvested and vinified separately. Segno is made from pure Greco bianco grapes from the areas of Cirò, Cirò Marina and Crucoli. Harvested in the last ten days of September, the grapes are soon brought to the cellar where they are transformed through a careful vinification in steel, with soft pressing and subsequent ageing in steel. Brilliant, like the summer sun, this white wine is fresh and fruity. A wine made to accompany light summer lunches and dinners, it goes well with grilled fish. It is the wine that can make us feel on holiday, even when the calendar reminds us that the next break is still months away.
