This terrific, easy-drinking white wine is versatile and bright. The 2018 Bolgheri Vermentino shows the green papaya and lime aromas that are characteristic of the grape, along with salty mineral notes that recall the beach-front vineyards of Bolgheri. The finish is snappy and cooling.

On the shores of the Tyrrhenian Sea, in the area south of Livorno, near the medieval village of Blogheri, white wine is almost a synonym of Vermentino.
