Chardonnay Puglia IGP, it is a fresh and fruity white in which it is easy to distinguish all the best characteristics of the vine of Burgundian origin. Carefully vinified in steel, the wine matures, again in steel, for a few months before meeting the bottle. Everything is done in full respect of the starting raw material. This is the only way to obtain a wine characterised by a beautiful straw yellow colour, with intense aromas reminiscent of fresh fruit and flowers. In the mouth it is pleasantly fat, but well balanced by a fresh and persistent taste. An excellent wine for the whole meal. On the table it has no problem accompanying savoury first and second courses, fish preferably, but also vegetable pies, fresh and short-aged cheeses. "We have always produced our wine directly in our cellar, only from grapes from our own vineyards, mostly Apulian 'alberelli' (small trees) over 50 years old, cared for and cultivated with love and dedication. The ultimate in authenticity, we might add, with an eye to the things that really count. Such as sustainable practices in the countryside, with integrated or organic farming, and the use of alternative energies in the cellar. All this in a beautiful social reality located in San Pietro Vernotico, in the province of Brindisi. The wines on offer are the fruit of the processing of native varieties such as Negroamaro, Primitivo and Malvasia. With them also the ancient Susumaniello, Aglianico, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Lambrusco, Fiano and Verdeca.
