When a wine is good, like this Primitivo di Notte Rossa, and also has a certification as an Organic product, success is guaranteed. In recent years, in fact, more and more consumers are paying attention to the healthiness of what they bring to their tables. And it was time for this ecological awareness to manifest itself in Italy as well. The grapes coming from the vineyards of the Brindisi area are brought to the winery and destemmed, then left to macerate at a controlled temperature for the whole time of the alcoholic fermentation. Then, after the classic malolactic conversion has taken place, and the wine has acquired the right softness, we proceed with a phase of refinement, again in steel, before bottling. The result is a wine characterized by an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. On the nose, the scents are those of ripe fruit, such as cherries and plums. In the mouth, however, it is soft and harmonious, with a pleasantly persistent finish.
