    • Insoglio del Cinghiale, Toscana IGT, is a wine of great balance and elegance produced by Campo di Sassi, characterised by an intense and complex bouquet. The basic blend is composed of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes, all international varieties that are perfectly suited to Tuscany. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery to begin fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats, followed by several months of ageing, again in steel. Its colour is an intense ruby red with particularly appealing violet reflections. The nose reveals an intense fruity and spicy aroma that invites tasting. On the palate, however, it is pleasantly smooth and harmonious, with an important but unobtrusive structure. Finally, the tannins are delicate and mature. Insoglio del Cinghiale is the wine that started it all.
