"Insoglio del Cinghiale" Campo di Sasso Toscana IGT 2023

The one we are talking about here is a company that is part of the large Antinori family group, a name that certainly needs no introduction in the world of wine. We are talking about Campo di Sasso, a winery located in Bibbona, in the western part of the Tuscan Maremma. Here, what creates ideal conditions for the production of quality wines are above all the climatic conditions, which are perfect for the cultivation of grapes rich in aroma and colour. In particular the Syrah, not by chance used for the production of the estate's most representative wine. Over the years, the Antinori family, with Marquis Lodovico at the helm, has initiated an oenological project of the highest quality here in Maremma, producing wines of great elegance and personality. Thanks also to the collaboration with the famous oenologist Michel Rolland, who has been able to make the most of the peculiarities of each variety. Then, in 2018, the Marquis' daughter, Sophia, contributed to the start of a new phase, focusing on the production of a refined rosé. Thus Sof was born, a little gem that immediately won the public's appreciation.
