Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

The guarantee of the denomination is given by the particular conformation of the land, hilly in fact, by the magical mix of climate and soil, but above all by a stricter production regulation that requires producers to work with more attention and care. The one proposed here by Serena Wines is indeed a Valdobbiadene DOCG, Extra Dry, produced only with grapes from the 2020 harvest. In the glass it has a beautiful bright straw yellow colour. The nose reveals a complex bouquet, with hints of rose, jasmine, wisteria and acacia flowers. However, there is also no shortage of fresh fruit notes with yellow apple, banana and even a hint of pineapple. In the mouth it is well balanced between freshness and softness.
