Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry by Mionetto is a sparkling wine obtained from the white vinification with soft pressing of Glera grapes from the most suitable area of the denomination. Processed with the classic Charmat method, i.e. in an autoclave, it is a fresh and immediate wine, perfect to be enjoyed even in the first months after release. Pale straw yellow in colour, with a fine and persistent perlage, the grapes used here, from hilly areas, give the sparkling wine unmistakable aromas and flavours. Notes of crisp apple, acacia flowers and wisteria delineate an aromatic framework of absolute pleasantness. Perfect as an aperitif, it also knows how to give great satisfaction at the table. Excellent with delicate seafood dishes, it can also accompany moderately sweet pastries.
