There is an enchanted hill, where historically the finest and most elegant Prosecco Superiore wines come from. It is the hill of Cartizze, just over 100 hectares of vineyards, divided into very small plots, sometimes consisting of just a few rows. The Spagnol family harvests the best grapes here, destined to give life to the Domus-PictA Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Dry version. Slightly sweet, therefore, and perfect to accompany informal aperitifs or to round off an evening with friends. It can also be served with fine and not excessively sweet pastries. A refined sparkling wine characterised by an elegant bouquet, the nose recalls the typical fruity tones of apple and ripe citrus fruits. In the mouth there is a perfect correspondence with what is perceived on the nose. Above all, however, it reveals a soft and well-balanced bubble in all its components.
