Prosecco DOC Treviso Frizzante 2019

There are occasions when there is no better wine than a very fresh Prosecco. These are the most carefree aperitifs, the ones that go on for hours in summer while you wait for the sun to slowly set behind the horizon. In winter they may be a little faster but no less pleasant. For these situations, Serena Wines offers this particular label. It is a Prosecco DOC from the province of Treviso, vinified using the traditional Charmat method, i.e. in autoclaves, without overdoing the effervescence. It is, in fact, a wine that belongs to the Frizzante category. So sparkly but not too much. Also perfect for those who don't like too much bubbles but don't want to give up a slight tingle on the tongue and palate. The base is clearly 100% Glera grape. In the glass, it has a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it has hints of flowers and yellow fruit. on the palate, however, it is fresh, thanks to a hint of acidity, but still soft, thanks to the right residual sugar.
