    • Sensations Ruby red in colour, fresh, youthful and aromatic on the nose. On the palate it shows good acidity, softness, with round and highly elegant tannins.
    • Vinification Wine fermented from red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skins and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration. Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 °C, with skin maceration lasting 5–7 days. Ageing: the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling, for a period of more than 8 months.
