    • Sensations Colour: bright yellow with golden reflections that veer towards aqua green tones. Olfactory characteristics: elegance and a beautiful freshness accompany a broad bouquet of aromas that opens with finely buttery notes of petits fours, complemented by fragrant hints of wildflowers and small red fruits. Taste characteristics: in the mouth, the wine caresses the palate like a light breath. All the olfactory perceptions are reflected on the palate with enveloping complexity.
    • Vinification The grapes are transferred to the cellar where they undergo gentle pressing followed by alcoholic fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks. The sparkling base is obtained from a combination of vintage wine and a high percentage of reserve wine, an essential factor in determining the personality of this Champagne. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, accompanied by at least 42 months of ageing on the lees until disgorging and subsequent Brut dosage.
