Cold Fact, this is certainly something few people know, is an album by singer-songwriter Sixto Rodriguez. Not too well known in these latitudes, it is even considered a cultural phenomenon in South Africa, also known internationally through the film "Searching for Sugar Man." Cold Fact is also a play, used by Jordan to identify the "cold soak" technique, or "pre-fermentation maceration," used to bring out the intense flavors of Sauvignon Blanc, a grape variety known to be highly aromatic.
