"La Groletta" Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2020

Allegrini's Amarone Corte Giara is a young and very pleasant wine. Not for this is it any less typical of the territory and of the style of the house. It is a wine born to be appreciated above all by a public of young enthusiasts, less accustomed to drinking wines of great structure and intrusive personality. Amarone della Valpolicella Docg Corte Giara is made from a careful selection of Corvina and Rondinella grapes and, in accordance with the regulations, rests for about 15 months in barrels, partly in large Slavonian oak casks and partly in second-hand barriques. In the glass it is a beautiful deep ruby red colour. The nose expresses notes of still very crisp red fruit, despite the drying, with hints of spice, especially pepper and cloves, followed by hints of mineral. In the mouth it is full and velvety. A beautiful elegant and silky red, soft and persistent.
