Assemblage 3 is born from an unconventional 2023 vintage, shaped by a complex yet generous climatic pattern. After a warm and dry start to the year, spring rains restored balance to the growing cycle, leading to a slow and controlled ripening. One of the wettest vintages of the past 25 years, it required absolute precision in the vineyard and clear vision in the cellar. Harvest began on 18 August and finished on 11 September, delivering grapes of outstanding integrity: Chardonnay bright, taut and crystalline, Pinot Noir ripe and structured. The result is a Franciacorta built entirely on the balance between energy and depth. The absence of dosage enhances the purity of the vintage, revealing a clean, vertical and uncompromising profile. On the palate it is dynamic and precise, supported by vibrant freshness that carries every aromatic nuance.
