  • Sensations Light amber colour with copper reflections. The nose has aromas of dried flowers, overripe apricots, kaiser pears, walnuts, candied orange, with light smoky notes. In the mouth it is rich, dense and full. The elegance and length of taste are accompanied by a hint of aromaticity.
  • Vinification After cold maceration, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Afterwards, the wine is matured for 8 months in stainless steel containers and then refined in the bottle for 1 month.

  • Among the magical hills of Collio, Tenuta di Angoris' Pinot Grigio DOC 'Locatelli' presents itself as a work of oenological art. Its pale straw colour, like the morning light on the vines, introduces a delicate and enveloping sensory experience. On the nose, it opens with floral notes of white flowers and fruity hints of ripe pear. The first sip is a journey through the lively freshness of citrus fruits, accompanied by light nuances of almond and a subtle minerality reminiscent of the terroir. Complexity and elegance emerge with each sip, while the balanced structure and refined persistence underline the uniqueness of this Pinot Grigio.

    Tenuta di Angoris has been located in the municipality of Cormons since 1648, the year in which the Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand III of Habsburg thanked Locatello Locatelli for his service in the 30 Years' War by donating 300 fields in the area known as 'Langoris'. Today, it is Marta Locatelli who runs the family business, thanks to the collaboration of oenologist Alessandro Bologna, who is in turn assisted by a dynamic and cohesive staff. The Tenuta's 75 hectares of vineyards are located in the most suitable areas for regional viticulture (DOC Friuli Isonzo - DOC Friuli Colli Orientali - DOC Collio). The Angoris Estate started a long time ago on a path aimed at respecting the environment and natural resources. Since 2017, in fact, they have been able to boast S.Q.N.P.I. recognition - Sistema di Qualità Nazionale Produzione Integrata (National Quality System for Integrated Production) - an agri-food production system that uses all means of production and defence of agricultural production from adversities, aimed at minimising the use of synthetic chemical substances and rationalising fertilisation, in compliance with ecological principles.
