The 'Lady with an Ermine', Pinot Grigio, Rubicone IGT makes a fine display thanks to its precious label, which bears the image of Leonardo's beautiful lady. An enveloping white (like the Lady's touch with her soft, tapered, refined fingers... its producers write), it is a fresh and versatile wine. Brilliant straw yellow, the nose has hints of fresh fruit, such as apple, pear and citrus fruits, as well as white flowers. In the mouth, however, it is smooth and harmonious, with good acidity that lends freshness. Perfect for many occasions, it is ideal as an aperitif, excellent with a platter of cold meats and cheeses, or with a fish dish or with white meat preparations.
