A very special wine, the result of a skilful blend of Catarratto grapes for the most part, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon and even a hint of aromatic Traminer. In the glass it is a beautiful straw yellow colour with clear greenish reflections that immediately bring us back to the cool climate of the hillside vineyards from which the grapes used to produce this wine come. The nose is appropriately broad and varied. It goes from the finer notes of grapefruit and green apple, to the sweeter and more pungent notes of tropical fruits, such as pineapple or mango. The mouthfeel is fresh, pleasantly soft but above all rich. The finish lingers on for a long time, making each sip even more enjoyable.
