A brut sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes, and that says a lot.... The colour alone will entice you to drink it, because its straw-yellow colour with golden reflections gives the idea of something precious. The nose is fresh, with notes of citrus and white flowers that chase each other tirelessly. Then you taste it, and you find yourself at peace with the world: full, enveloping, with a long and extremely pleasant finish.   • Sensations Straw yellow wine with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, with hints of citrus and white flowers. In the mouth it is full, enveloping with a long and pleasant finish.
  • Vinification The grapes are crushed and destemmed and softly pressed. After cold sedimentation of the must, fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (16-18?C). The wine is then placed in an autoclave where it is re-fermented and stays on the lees for about a month. Finally filtered and bottled.
