Another fine expression of Chardonnay. In this case interpreted as a classic method bubbly, coming, however, from a very special region of southeastern France, the Jura. Here Marcel Cabelier proposes this Crémant, the classic method sparkling wine produced outside the Champagne region, which, as the name suggests, is meant to represent the true "Esprit Chardonnay," the spirit of the grape variety. Fine perlage, in the glass this interesting sparkling wine has a beautiful bright golden yellow color. The nose reveals intense and elegant aromas. Notes of exotic fruit and candied citrus, followed by hints of minerals and roasted notes. In the mouth, however, one discovers a wine characterized by a nice fresh and creamy flavor at the same time. Pleasantly savory, it gives a long pleasant persistence. Great with seafood dishes, of course, and with classic sushi.
