  • Sensations Bright straw yellow in color. fine and persistent. Recognizable by its fine floral aromas, such as white rose, wisteria, acacia, and fruity aromas of white peach and apple. Clear citrus notes of lime and lemon peel, accompanied by herbaceous sensations of hay and a good minerality reminiscent of pumice stone. On the palate it is fragrant and mineral, almost refreshing, not overly full-bodied and well-balanced, characterized by a distinct freshness that persists in the pleasant fruity aftertaste.
  • Vinification Soft pressing and fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature to maintain the natural aromas of the grapes and obtain a base wine full of acidity and fragrance. The second fermentation (prise de mousse) takes place through the injection of selected yeasts in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and pressure (autoclaves) according to the Charmat method.

  • A sparkling wine made using the Charmat method, from Ribolla Gialla grapes grown in northeastern Italy, an area typically devoted to the cultivation of this variety. Here, in fact, the climatic and soil conditions are perfect for Ribolla, which is able to express all its freshness and minerality. It has an intense straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The characteristic floral scents, including white rose, wisteria and acacia, come immediately clear on the nose, while the fruity note is that of white flesh peaches and apples. There is no shortage of fresher citrus fruits, such as lemon and lime, with herbaceous reminiscences of hay. Its marked minerality and freshness make it a "must for the aperitif", especially when the aperitif is improvised and there are fresh cheeses, cured meats that are not too mature and a pinzimonio on the table.
