Cantina Campana offers it in this modern version, made with a fast fermentation in steel tanks, activated with the use of indigenous and selected yeasts. The result is a pleasantly fresh wine, as can already be guessed from the colour in the glass. Straw yellow with delicate greenish reflections, with a subtle petillant to make it even more delicate and brilliant. The nose is reminiscent of fresh flowers, in particular white rose, and fruity, with green apple notes in clear evidence. In the mouth, however, it is soft and moderately fruity. Well balanced in all its components, it is an extremely easy wine to drink. It is addictive. It is essential to always have a second bottle ready in the fridge.
