"Achille" IGT Toscana Rosso

Toscana Rosso IGT Achille is produced with pure Sangiovese grapes from the I Colli estate, which is the seat and home of the Bindi Sergardi family. We are in the municipality of Monteriggioni, one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany. Achille, in this case, is Achille Sergardi, ancestor of the family and a man of great personality, Master of the Salt Customs at the end of the 14th century. It was decided to dedicate a wine of pure pleasure to him, fermented in steel and only then placed to mature in oak barrels. The result is a glass of an intense ruby red colour that from the first seconds expresses a pleasant fruity bouquet that recalls the territory and the variety. In the mouth it is ample and enveloping, well supported by an alcoholic content balanced by a nice acidity.
