"Lovrè" Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry

Lovrè is the timeless classic Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore, proposed by Serre di Pederiva in the Extra Dry version. A hint of sweetness makes this sparkling wine even more pleasant and drinkable. It is made from pure Glera grapes, harvested in the steep vineyards of Combai when fully ripe in September. White vinification is also classic, carried out using a reductive technique to preserve all the finer and more pleasant aromas of the wine. This is followed by the so-called "presa di spuma", in an autoclave. The result is a wine characterised by a beautiful pale straw-yellow colour, with greenish reflections indicating its freshness. The froth is rich and the perlage fine and persistent. Fresh fruity aromas and exotic hints of pineapple and banana emerge on the nose. In the mouth, however, it is soft and creamy. Slender and crisp. Ideal as an aperitif, it can also be served at the start of fish-based lunches and dinners. It is also excellent at the end of a meal.
