  • Sensations From the balsamic embrace, impetuous hints of ripe fruit are released that slowly slide into an intense chocolate and tobacco finish. A ripe sip with smoky notes surprises the palate and imprints the fine and delicate fabric of a wine with incredible persistence, followed by a sovereign tone punctuated by gentle and harmonious tannins with a balanced and timeless finish. Fruity and acidulous, balanced and fragrant. Perfect as an aperitif in moments of conviviality, at table it goes well with raw langoustine and red prawns, amberjack carpaccio, tuna sashimi. Exceptional with aubergine parmigiana.
  • Vinification Harvested late, with light drying on the vine, the grapes are hand-picked and delicately placed in small aerated crates to preserve their integrity. Maturation and refinement in steel at controlled temperature.

  • Corimei is a specimen of sweet, ripe wine that captivates with its complexity and depth. Ripe fruit aromas emerge with vigour, intertwining in a balsamic ballet that releases impetuous notes. These merge into a rich, intense finish of chocolate and tobacco, leaving a lasting impression. Surprisingly, the palate is seized by a smoky maturity, revealing the finesse and delicacy of a wine with incredible persistence. This taste experience ends with a sovereign balance, punctuated by gentle and harmonious tannins, culminating in a balanced and eternal finish.
