Once again we are amazed by the great versatility of the noblest of the red grape varieties of our South. We are obviously talking about Aglianico, which in this case is vinified in pink by Azienda Agricola San Salvatore 1988. A super soft vinification to best respect the nature of the starting fruit, which begins with a low temperature maceration of six hours and gives life to an elegant wine, very persistent and pleasantly mineral. A soft, delicate pink colour, the bouquet offers fragrant scents of small red fruits, notes of dog rose and violet as well as hints of Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is intense, particularly fresh and balanced, soft, elegant and persistent.
