In the case of Oroperla Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore MIllesimato, it all starts with the Glera grape, grown not far from Trentino, where Provinco is based. The winery's expert oenologists follow the cultivation and ripening of the plants and fruit with care, in order to intervene promptly with the harvest, fermentation, taking of foam in autoclaves and finally bottling.
