To speak of Blanc de blancs, one must think of a fresh and vibrant sparkling wine, endowed with considerable agility and a marked verticality, also due to the fact that no liqueur is added to the dosage.The perlage is fine and persistent, straw yellow in colour with golden highlights. Nuanced notes of toasted hazelnut and bread crust accompany an agile and vibrant drink. Why Blanc de blancs? Because it was made with the only white grape present in the winery: Chardonnay, which is never banal.

Located in Santo Stefano Belbo, in the heart of the Langa Astigiana, Marcalberto is a company that has always been entirely dedicated to the production of Metodo Classico sparkling wines. It's unique to your area. A family-run business, in fact its name derives from the fusion of the two brothers' names. Company mission? To produce typical wines of the territory, low in quantity and high in care, inspired by Italy’s cousins beyond the Alps.
