  • Vinification Destemming and soft pneumatic pressing, maceration on the skins of the marzemino grapes for about 18 hours, static decantation of the must, fermentation at 18-20°C, ageing on fine lees for three months. Second fermentation in steel autoclaves according to the Charmat method and re-fermentation for about 45-60 days without adding sugar but only must.

    "Osé" Nature Rosé Brut
  • Daring. To be outside the box. This seems to be the philosophy that inspired the creation of this Osé Nature, Spumante Rosé, Brut Nature. It is produced by Le Vigne di Alice, one of the most innovative producers in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area. It is not a simple Prosecco, not even one of the new "pink" generation. It is, however, a bubbly wine of great pleasure that is the result of processing the region's main varieties: Marzemino, for colour, and obviously Glera. Destemming and soft pressing are followed by a phase of maceration on the skins of the Marzemino grapes for about 18 hours. Then fermentation, at a controlled temperature, and ageing on the fine lees for at least three months. Only then does the wine go into the autoclave for the most delicate phase, i.e. the prise de mousse. The process lasts between 45 and 60 days, without adding sugar but only must. The result is a sparkling wine characterised by a beautiful pink colour with copper highlights and a decidedly brilliant colour. The nose is dominated by clean scents of flowers and red fruits, geranium and raspberry. In the mouth, however, it is dry and has an excellent persistence. The right combination? The one you don't expect. Like a fresh buffalo mozzarella. Try it to believe it!

Her adventure officially began in 2005, when she left the family winery located in Carpesica, a small hamlet of Vittorio Veneto, to create her own. The area is between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, where Cinzia began to produce classic Charmat sparkling wines but also immediately started experimenting with new avenues. Her 5 hectares, most of which are planted with Glera, also include some of the region's historic vines, such as Vardiso, Boschera and Marzemino. In the cellar, on the other hand, the most modern equipment is the realm of Francesca Bonicelli, Cinzia's long-time friend and great professional. Their philosophy of life? Life is a bubble. Life is a bubble... What more is there to say?
